All orders are shipped from Portugal.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1– 5 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and the selected shipping method. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and any additional fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Long Distance Souls is not responsible for any customs charges, import duties, taxes, or delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to pay any applicable customs fees required by their local authorities.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside our control. However, we will do our best to assist customers in locating delayed shipments.
